Fauxliage Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your Fauxliage purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Orders That Arrive Damaged
We package every order with great care, but on rare occasions items may be damaged in transit. If that happens:
1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@fauxliage.com
2. Include a few photos of the item and the packaging
We’ll take care of everything quickly — at no cost to you.
From there, we’ll work with you to determine the best solution, which may include:
• Repairing or replacing the item
• Providing an exchange
• Issuing a refund, when appropriate
We’ll work with you to determine what makes the most sense based on the piece and the situation. Our goal is always to make sure you feel supported and satisfied.
Returns
If your piece isn’t quite what you hoped for, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is:
• Be in new, unaltered condition (no trimming, reshaping, or bending)
• In its original packaging
• Be packaged securely for safe travel back to us
If a returned item arrives used or damaged, we may not be able to accept the return.
Your refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. A $9.95 return label fee will apply to returns, unless the return is due to our error.
Custom & Made-to-Order Designs
Many of our arrangements are designed specifically for your space and style. Because of this, custom and bespoke designs are final sale.
However, we want you to love your Fauxliage piece; therefore, if something doesn’t feel quite right when it arrives, please reach out to us at orders@fauxliage.com. In many cases, we can make adjustments or refinements, such as reshaping the arrangement, rebalancing florals, or thoughtfully adjusting composition. We’ll work together to get it to a place that feels just right.
Order Cancellations
We’re happy to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already begun sourcing materials or designing your piece. Should you want to make adjustments to your order, please contact us at orders@fauxliage.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Adjustment
Simply email orders@fauxliage.com with:
1. Your name
2. Your order number
3. A quick note about what you’d like help with
