Fauxliage Shipping Policy

We take care in preparing every order, from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door. Our goal is for your Fauxliage piece to arrive beautifully — and to feel just as special as it looked online.

Processing & Shipping Time
Orders ship within 2 business days. Once on the way, most orders arrive in 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s transit times.

Shipping Rates
We offer:

• Free standard ground shipping on orders $150+
• A $9.95 flat rate for orders under $150
  
  

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the Lower 48).

Carriers
We ship with UPS and USPS. Orders shipping to PO Boxes will typically ship via USPS.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

If Something Goes Wrong in Transit
On rare occasions, a package may be delayed, misrouted, or damaged while in transit. If that happens, simply email us at orders@fauxliage.com and we’ll work with you — kindly and thoughtfully — to determine the best path forward.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

• Coordinating with the carrier
• Repairing or replacing the item
• Providing an exchange or alternative solution

Every situation is a little different, and we’ll guide you through it with care.

Shipping Limitations
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
